Data processed by the panel
- Panel account name, role, permissions, login time and security session.
- FiveM server identifiers such as license, license2, FiveM, Discord and Steam identifiers when available.
- Detection details including entity model, owner, coordinates, damage or explosion data and timestamps.
- Screenshots requested by authorized staff or generated as incident evidence.
- Administrative commands and audit records.
Purpose
Data is processed to protect the licensed FiveM server, investigate security incidents, enforce server rules, manage staff access and maintain an audit trail.
IP addresses
The ADARNA panel application does not add player IP addresses to detection records, ban webhooks or stored evidence. Hosting providers and web servers may process connection data independently for security and delivery purposes.
Cookies and sessions
The panel uses a strictly necessary authenticated session cookie. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Retention and deletion
The licensed operator determines retention periods for bans, detections, screenshots and audit records. Data should be deleted when it is no longer required for the stated security purpose or when applicable law requires deletion.
Access and recipients
Access is limited to authenticated panel users with assigned server permissions. Data may also be processed by the hosting provider and technical service providers selected by the licensed operator.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, affected persons may have rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and complaint to a supervisory authority. Requests must be directed to the licensed server operator.
Security
ADARNA uses authenticated sessions, server-side permission checks, encrypted API secrets, signed API requests and protected evidence delivery. The licensed operator remains responsible for HTTPS, database access, backups and hosting security.
