Scope

These terms govern access to the ADARNA AntiCheat panel and the security functions connected to a licensed FiveM server.

Authorized use

Only the license owner and panel users explicitly created by that owner may access the command center. Every user must keep credentials private and use only the servers and actions assigned to the account.

Administrative actions

Bans, kicks, warnings, screenshots and live sessions must be used only for legitimate server moderation and security. The license owner is responsible for staff conduct, server rules and the legal basis for evidence collection.

Prohibited use

• Accessing another license, server or account without permission.
• Using screenshots or live sessions for harassment, surveillance outside moderation or unrelated publication.
• Sharing API secrets, signing secrets, owner credentials or private evidence.
• Attempting to bypass permissions, request signing, audit records or security controls.
• Using the service in violation of applicable law or platform rules.

Availability

Security software reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every cheat, exploit or false report will be detected. The operator must test configuration changes and maintain backups before deploying updates.

Evidence and decisions

Detection records and screenshots support moderation decisions. The licensed operator remains responsible for reviewing evidence, handling appeals and avoiding automated punishment where the configured evidence threshold is insufficient.

Suspension

Access may be disabled when credentials are compromised, the license is no longer valid, the installation creates a security risk or the service is used unlawfully.

Liability and local law

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. The licensed operator should replace this section with terms reviewed for its jurisdiction, business model and customer relationship before public commercial use.
